Warranty
All our doors are covered by a 1-year warranty, provided they are:

Maintained under suitable environmental and operational conditions.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by:

Guarantee
We guarantee that each door supplied meets our high-quality standards and specifications. If you experience any issues related to the quality of workmanship or materials, we’re here to assist.
Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if there is a quality-related issue, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery or collection.

Returned doors must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging.

No returns will be accepted for doors ordered incorrectly by the customer (e.g., incorrect size, type, or quantity).

Custom-made or specially ordered doors are non-returnable unless proven defective.
